Funny Thing
Today, I was at work, running around town like they usually have me do. I was sent to Frontier Radio, and for some reason, every time I go in there, I have a different accent going on, for the brief words I exchange with the desk lady. Well, this time, I walked in without one, and she called me on it...
Me: "Hi, I'm from Guaranteed Pool, I'm here to pick up a radio"
Her: "Ok" - She gets up and gets the radio from the next room, and comes back.
Her: "Say, where's your accent from?"
Me: "Huh?"
Her: "Well, everytime you're in here, your accent changes..."
Me: "Oh, it depends where I've been, I tend to just mimic people's accents..."
Note: I MIMIC, I don't MOCK. There is a difference mind you. Mimicking, I can't help. Mocking, I can. I thought it was funny, cuz I don't have an accent, though I can pull off a variety of accents, however some people *cough* Bob *cough*, think they are bad, and annoying.

I'm watching the news right now. Interesting, about the nudey bars, maybe more on that later, if I feel like it. This is a decision Nevada voters dealt with a year or two ago. I remember our discussing it at lunch one day. It was Monica, Kristal, Brett and myself. The topic: Same sex marriage, should it be legal? Monica and I both agreed, there was nothing wrong with it, and that the only thing sacred about marriage in the eyes of the state is the tax benefits. Its like a punishment for homosexuals to not be able to be married. Brett mentioned the bible in his rebuttle, but Kristal took it to the next step. Kristal quoted the scripture, and whipped out her bible to show us where it said it. If its in writing, and it is the bible, it has to be true, right? Yeah Kristal, but isn't there that thing called separation of church and state. Your bible really doesn't hold all that much weight in my voting on the subject. Speaking of which, maybe this is precisely an example of why you got a 4 on the US Government AP Exam, and I got a 5. Hmm... Anyway, I'm for it, because it doesn't hurt anybody, and it helps the homosexuals that need the tax benefits. Gay pride. "Not that there's anything wrong with that..." - Seinfeld
I feel the need to add at this point that I in no way harbor any resentment towards Kristal for anything, ranging from her views on anything, or the notion that my doing better than her on anything is due to something other than my having more knowledge in the subject, or me being smarter, to be specific. I really don't, and I'm not being sarcastic when I say that, I really don't. I am not a fan of the prayer she gave during her valedictorian speech thing, however I don't hold it against her. I'm not sure my point got across, but... oh well.

What the hell?!? Ok. Three losers, one cute chick, and two cool parents. They got rid of the weird guy that played the drums, and who liked being spanked first. Then, they had the lie detector, and the parents picked the guy who 1) Lied about not having slept with an ex's mother. 2) Lied about respecting the father's wish of him not having sex with his daugther. What the hell? Whats worse... The guy who looked like he was gonna win because of that, bombed the lie detector test, only being honest with 38% of his questions. How bad can you screw up? Really! I seriously, would've won the girl and the trip hands down. The parents would've been all like, "Please marry her!" I mean, the worst thing I'd have going against me paled in comparison to these guys. Their ex-girlfriends were all like, he cheated, or he's an immature rat. My one, would be like, he was an awesome boyfriend, except that he wouldn't talk to me for 6 months after we broke up. I don't get it, he's an ass. I would totally have won despite it, cuz I'm honest, and cool! Seriously, put me on the show next time, but she's gotta be Jewish... maybe not.... Hmmm....
