Holy Crap!

Its be 7 months, and I'm still around, I'm thinking I'm going to start keeping this up a little bit again, to provide you all with some interesting reading material! Maybe actually get up that trip log from the drive out to Boulder! Also some movie reviews, and suggestions, because I'm so prone to horror and shock when people haven't seen the movies I have, and I make a reference that is completely lost....

But I've been in a writing funk up late, so I think I just might take advantage and let the creativity flow.

My birthday ended 7 minutes ago, in this time zone (as I write this), and it was the crappiest birthday ev-er; I've got three more to look forward to as it just so happens my birthday lands smack dab in the middle of finals. Although, today I did get to see how cool my new Boulder friends are, one appeared at my door at 12:00:01am to be the first to wish me a happy birthday, and another appeared at my door at 11:59pm to be the last to wish me a happy birthday. Meanwhile, in between those two, I spent most of the day studying, with intermittent birthday wishes from various people. Sucky birthday, but it was spent with good people, so I really can only complain so much, can't I? Ironically, the song thats playing right now is "I Will Survive" by Gloria Gaynor... a wonderful song, which is basically the theme for the movie The Replacements, starring Keanu Reeves, Gene Hackman, and Orlando Jones. Good comedy, minor love story, but all around fun movie! I recommend it highly, if you can stand Keanu... ;-)

Speaking of studying, I should probably get back to it, now that my fingers are re-loosened up to do some pen-writing. So I bid you farewell for the time being, you shall hear from me again soon!
