If I Were in Charge...

Sitting behind my desk at Career Services, I have an excellent view of the mailboxes out in the hall. I see students coming and going, checking their mail all the time. It still being the slow season here at Career Services, I am free to observe the students and let my mind run free.
Through the course of today's bored staring, I made an actual observation, (as opposed to, "she's cute") and noticed that there were some people whose mailboxes were in the wrong spot for their height. For instance the 6 foot 7 inch guy who had the lowest mailbox and had to bend over to look inside it. Or maybe the 5 foot nothing guy that had the top mailbox and had to jump to see inside of it.
If I were in charge, I would do something about this. What? I dunno, maybe take a look at mailbox arrangement within dorms, and make it so that people's height better sync with the height of their mailbox. This would serve two purposes: One, people wouldn't have to inconvenience themselves by odd body contortions, or looking completely foolish while checking their mail (This is college, nobody should look foolish outside of class). Two, in the instance of girls, assuming they have similar body makes, roommates could more easily exchange clothes - Though I think this happens anyway sometimes. But just think, one less place for college students to look foolish!
Of course, I probably won't see any of them checking their mail again for another week or so. - What's the point, the college bureaucracy is so ridiculous anyway.
Don't get me started on Internships at CU...or International Internships...or NIST Internships. Omgosh. Mockery! Tomfoolery, and inefficiency! Argh.
