Well, I needed a 97 to get a B- in my Anthropology class, and I very well may have pulled it off. It'll be close, and I eagerly await the results.
Accounting, not much could be done to alter my B one way or the other, and so it most likely remains there. The fun comes from the other "A" class. My Advertising class, I did moderately well on the first exam, worth 40% of the grade, and I got a 90. Quizzes, worth 20%, I got a 91. So, I was like, hmm, that makes an "A" possible. I referenced the syllabus and the grading scale was nowhere to be found. I emailed my professor. This morning I received the response. The "A" range for this class cuts off at 94%; and the prof did the math for me, I would need to get a 100 on the final to achieve it. The game is afoot. I don't believe she counted the extra credit I'm going to turn in at the test, which would probably bring the 100 down to a 96-97. I'm taking it as a challenge. I have 36 hours to study. Including the next 12 which I hopefully will be able to use for sleep.
CHALLENGE!! (worst case scenario I get an A-... but an A would be pretty cool)
Bring it.
